Yassin Ibrahim ElGabroni is a hands-on digital manufacturing and supply chain expert who helps manufacturers turn smart factory ambitions into concrete results.
He combines deep shopfloor experience with board-level advisory, designing smart factory automation, building investment-grade business cases, and guiding end-to-end factory connectivity programs.
His work spans robotic automation, IT/OT enablement, factory transformation, data analytics, and digital twins, application of lean 6 sigma principles, as well as broader business transformation; aligning processes, organization, and technology so CPG/FMCG and pharma clients can scale Industry 4.0 and capture tangible value.
